Refund policy

We want all our customers to be happy with our candles. However, due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refunds or exchanges are only considered for items that arrive damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was sent. All other sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products.

Damage claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, not purchase. Please include clear photos showing the shipping box (with label visible), interior packaging, and the product itself. Without this documentation, we are unable to assess the cause and issue a refund.
